【摘要】:ThispartefISO21003specifiesthecharacteristicsforthefitnessforpurposeofmultilayerpipingsystemsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallationsinsidebuildingsfortheconveyanceefwater--whetherornotthewaterisintendedforhumanconsumption(domesticsystems)orforheatingsystems--underspecifieddesignpressuresandtemperaturesappropriatetotheclassofapplication(seeTable1ofISO21003:2008)ItalsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhispartofISO21003ISO21003isareferenceproductstandardItisapplicabletomultilayerpipes,fittings,theirjoints,andalsotojointswithcomponentsmadeofotherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallations.ThispartofISO21003isintendedforuseonlyinconjunctionwithalltheotherpartsofISO21003ISO21003coversarangeofserviceconditions(applicationclasses)anddesignpressuresItisnotapplicableforvaluesofdesigntemperature,T,maximumdesigntemperature,T,andmalfunctiontemperature,T,inexcessofthoseinTable1ofISO21003-1:2008NOTE1Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodesThepolymericmaterialsusedforthestress-designedlayersarethefollowing:polybutylene(PB),polyethyleneofraisedtemperatureresistance(PE-RT),crosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X),polypropylene(PP)andchlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-C).ThePE-Xusedshallbefullycresslinkedandshallcomplywiththerequirementsoftherelevantreferenceproductstandard(ISO15875).NOTE2ForthepurposesofthisISO21003,crosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X)aswellasadhesivesareconsideredasthermoplasticmaterials
