【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherelevantcharacteristicsofgeosyntheticbarriers(polymeric,clayandbituminousgeosyntheticbarriers),usedasfluidbarriersininfrastructureworks,e.g.roads,railroads,runwaysofairports,andtheappropriatetestmethodstodeterminethesecharacteristics.TunnelsandundergroundstructuresareaddressedinEN13491.Theintendeduseoftheseproductsistocontrolthepathwayofliquidsthroughtheconstructionandtolimitanycontamination,e.g.byde-icingproducts,ofgroundwaterorwatersources.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletogeosyntheticbarriers,butnottogeotextilesorgeotextile-relatedproducts,asdefinedinENISO10318.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproducttothisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesrequirementstobemetbymanufacturersandtheirauthorisedrepresentativeswithregardtothepresentationofproductproperties.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverapplicationswherethegeosyntheticbarrierwillbeincontactwithwaterthathasbeentreatedforhumanconsumption.Inthesecasesotherrelevantstandards,requirementsand/orregulationsshouldbeobserved.
