【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationpresentsahuman-systems(HS)modelforuseinISO/IEC15504-conformantassessmentofthematurityofanorganizationinperformingtheprocessesthatmakeasystemusable,healthyandsafe.Itdescribesprocessesthataddresshuman-systemissuesandtheoutcomesoftheseprocesses.Itdetailsthepracticesandworkproductsassociatedwithachievingtheoutcomesofeachprocess.Themodeldescribesprocessesforspecifyingandevaluatingusability,healthandsafety,butitdoesnotaddressallprocessesrelatingtotheirachievement.Themodelwillalwaysbetailoredtothespecificorganizationalandsystemcontextpriortouseinassessment.AnnexDprovidesadviceontailoringprocessmodelsforarangeofuses.TheHSmodeldoesnotdefinetherolesorcompetenciesofstaffwhoperformHSprocesses.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisintendedforusebyprocessassessorsandthosedevelopingprocessassessmentmodelsandtools.Itmaybeinformativeforthoseresponsibleforhumanfactorsactivitiesandhumanfactorsspecialists.ThelattergroupsofreadersshouldfamiliarisethemselveswiththevocabularyofprocessmodellingandprocessassessmentpriortoreadingthisTechnicalSpecification.TheBibliographylistsinformativestandardsandtexts.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithISO13407andISO/IEC15504.ThelatterstandardprovidestheframeworkinwhichtheprocessdescriptionsinthisTechnicalSpecificationmaybeused.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefinesanadditionalcategoryofprocessesforusewithotherprocessstandards,forexampleISO/IEC12207andISO/IEC15288.
