【摘要】:ThispartofISO13628specifiesrequirementsandgivesrecommendationsforthedesign,materialselection,manufacture,designverification,testing,installationandoperationofumbilicalsandassociatedancillaryequipmentforthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.Ancillaryequipmentdoesnotincludetopsidehardware.Topsidehardwarereferstoanyhardwarethatisnotpermanentlyattachedtotheumbilical,abovethetopsidehang-offtermination.ThispartofISO13628appliestoumbilicalscontainingcomponents,suchaselectricalcables,opticalfibres,thermoplastichosesandmetallictubes,eitheraloneorincombination.ThispartofISO13628appliestoumbilicalsforstaticordynamicservice,withsurface-surface,surfacesubseaandsubsea-subsearoutings.ThispartofISO13628doesnotapplytotheassociatedcomponentconnectors,unlesstheyaffecttheperformanceoftheumbilicalorthatofitsancillaryequipment.ThispartofISO13628appliesonlytotubeswiththefollowingdimensions:wallthickness,t<6mm,internaldiameter,ID<50,8mm(2in).Tubularproductsgreaterthanthesedimensionscanberegardedaspipe/linepipeanditisexpectedthattheybedesignedandmanufacturedaccordingtoarecognisedpipeline/linepipestandard.ThispartofISO13628doesnotapplytoatubeorhoseratedlowerthan7MPa(1015psi).ThispartofISO13628doesnotapplytoelectriccablevoltageratingsabovestandardratedvoltagesU0/U(Um)=3,6/6(7,2)kVrms,whereU0,UandUmareasdefinedinIEC60502-1andIEC60502-2.
