【摘要】:ProperoperationandmaintenanceofanMForUFsystemarekeyfactorsinobtainingsuccessfulperformance.ThisguideprovidesthenecessaryinputfortheevaluationoftheperformanceoftheMF/UFsystem,thepretreatmentsystem,andthemechanicalequipmentintheplant.Thisguideisforgeneralguidanceonlyandmustnotbeusedinplaceoftheoperatingmanualforaparticularplant.Site-dependentfactorspreventspecificrecommendationsforallrecordkeeping.Thus,onlythemoregeneralrecordkeepingiscoveredbythisguide.Thisguidecanbeusedforbothsurfaceandgroundwaterandsystemswhichcontaineitherspiral-woundorhollow-fiberdevices.1.1Thisguidecoversproceduresforwell-definedrecordkeepingofmicrofiltration(MF)andultrafiltration(UF)systems.1.2Thisguideincludesastart-upreport,recordkeepingofMF/UFoperatingdata,recordkeepingofpretreatmentoperatingdata,andamaintenancelog.1.3Thisguideisapplicabletowatersincludingsurfacewater,groundwaterandsomewastewater(secondaryeffluent)butisnotapplicabletomembranebioreactorsorprocessstreams.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
